Kindness and Gratitude Journal

 

Two large light grey stones take up most of the photo placed on the ground surrounded by grass and leaves. On the stones are written words in black pen such as 'gratitude' and 'stop, notice, appreciate' with hearts and smaller writing drawn on them.Regularly writing down kind things about ourselves as well as things we are grateful for can help us feel more positive and focus on the things in our lives that are good. Try using this journal, practice for a week to see how you feel.
