Thoughts and Actions

It can be difficult to try and change our emotions when we feel low, because they are a response to our thoughts and actions. But by trying to challenge our thoughts and acting differently we may notice a difference in our feelings. Try using this activity that looks at the cycle of our thoughts, emotions, physical feelings and actions to challenge one aspect at a time and see if you can make a difference to your mood.
