Struggling with anxiety, low confidence, difficult emotions or feeling isolated? The Young Lives Foundation offers supportive one-to-one mentoring and group programmes for young people aged 11-17 across Kent. The service provides a safe space to talk about what’s going on, understand your feelings and develop practical ways to manage challenges.
Support is available for young people who may be finding relationships difficult, feeling lonely, experiencing low self-esteem, or finding it hard to cope with change and transitions. Through regular support sessions, young people can build confidence, improve wellbeing, develop resilience and strengthen their coping skills.
Young people can work with a mentor one-to-one, either in school or within their local community, or take part in a Nurture Group alongside other young people who may be facing similar challenges. Both types of support are designed to help young people feel more connected, better understood and more confident in managing everyday life
