School Health Service

This service is here to support your general health and wellbeing. Its Adolescent Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service offers health assessments, a range of support for physical and mental health, plus referral to other services when needed.

This service is for children and young people who are school-age, between the ages of 4 and 19.

You do not need to be in a school to get this support. If you are home-schooled or in a pupil referral unit, you can still use this service.

The teams work to improve the general health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families to support children to get the best start in life.

They work with health visitors, community doctors, schools and other services from your local community in a range of places, including  schools and other services.

To get more information on the kinds of topics this service can help with, or to contact the team visit the Kent Youth Health website.
